content policy

Only give what is legal and what you are legally allowed to give: your own works, or works for which you hold the necessary rights or licences. By presenting an item you confirm this.

Not allowed, among others: material infringing copyright or other rights of third parties; stolen data, credentials or personal data of others; malware; content depicting or facilitating abuse of minors; anything else that is illegal under applicable law.

You remain responsible for what you give. Sealed items are end-to-end encrypted, so the operator cannot see their content; this does not reduce your responsibility.

The administrator of this website reserves the right to delist any item, without prior notice, in case of suspicion of illegal activity or of a violation of this policy, and to cooperate with the competent authorities where legally required. A delisted item disappears from the bazaar and cannot be redeemed any more. Redemptions already in escrow are settled by the escrow program (delivery or automatic refund at the deadline).

Report an item: use the report link on its page (no account or wallet needed), or write to wizzion@wizzion.com with the item link. Reports are reviewed by the administrator; reporters who leave a contact are informed about the decision.

data we store

Wallet addresses, public encryption keys and the signed statements binding them, listing metadata you publish, encrypted content (ciphertext only, for sealed items), redemption and escrow records, optional alias/avatar, and technical server logs (IP addresses, kept for operations and abuse prevention; the devnet faucet stores the requesting IP to limit claims). Knot view counts: for each knot page a visitor opens we store a keyed, daily changing hash of IP address and browser identifier (not reversible, not linkable across days) to count unique visitors; only the counts are published. Interface preferences (language, folded sections) are kept in your browser and, once you sign in, with your wallet address. Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your e-mail address, the chosen language, the time of sign-up and of your confirmation (double opt-in) and a daily changing hash of address and browser at sign-up, to send you news about Giver.EU from noreply@giver.eu (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Mail is delivered through our hosting provider IONOS SE as processor. You can withdraw at any time with the link in every mail or by writing to us; your address is then marked unsubscribed and no longer used. Drafts: if you save a draft of a knot or an offer, we store its texts, settings and photos (re-encoded, all metadata including location removed) with your wallet address, visible only to you after signing in, until you publish or delete it, or after 90 days without changes. Digital files, licence keys, secret text and private links are never part of a draft. No tracking pixels, no link tracking. No tracking or advertising cookies.
